7. Guarantee &Refund Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality, personalised supplementation protocols designed to support your health and performance goals. To ensure fairness and accountability, our Guarantee is conditional and applies only under the following circumstances:
Eligibility
The Guarantee applies only to customers who have:
a) Purchased and followed their full supplementation protocol exactly as recommended.
b) Implemented all associated lifestyle recommendations provided within their protocol.
c) Used the protocol consistently for the full recommended duration.
Proof of Compliance
To request a refund, customers must provide reasonable proof that they have:
a) Purchased all recommended supplements (e.g., receipts or order confirmations).
b) Taken the supplements as directed (e.g., a log, journal, or app tracking).
c) Made the lifestyle changes as outlined in their protocol.
Claim Process
Refund claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of completing the protocol.

Refund Terms
If, after thorough review, it is determined that you have fully complied with your protocol but have not experienced any noticeable improvement in how you feel or in performance outcomes, a full refund will be issued.
